Carmanah Solar Runway / Threshold / Apapi and Taxiway Lights for Malaysia

Hardelec , together with their Malaysia agents, DNDA Avia Marine Sdn Bhd ,  headed by Datin Noorsida , secures order for the supply and installtion of Carmanah Solar powered Aviation lights for a military airbase in Malaysia.
These lights are for the complete airport that includes : Runway Edge Lights, Threshold lights on both ends , Apapis and Taxiway lights . Airpelec Consultants of Malaysia , headed by Mr. Kym Tapscott was also involved by designing the Apapi layout and distance calculations.
Project was awarded in October 2015 and completion date is by mid December 2015.
Hardelec Engineering headed by Mr.Ratnakumar will be installing the Apapis and calibrating them in joint liason with Airpelec Consultants.

Ministry of Defence / Carmanah

Hardelec secures order from 3 Military airbases in Singapore to supply the A704 Top Head units from Carmanah . These are used for the Runway and Threshold Solar powered lights .

Carmanah Solar Airport Lights for Baticolla Airport - Sri Lanka

Hardelec secures order to supply Carmanah Solar powered Runway / Threshold and Taxiway Lights for Baticolla Airport in Sri Lanka. Delivery will be by July 2015. Hardelec and Carmanah will conduct a 3 day on site training programme in August after the delivery to the Airport officials.

Don Muang Airport - Thailand

Hardelec secures order for the supply of Jembo Airfield Lighting 5 kv Primary Cable for Don Muang International Airport in Thailand. Total quantity of 300 km. This is for the refurbishment of the runway and taxiway cables. There was a factory acceptance test and visit by official from Thailand on 28th May 2015 at the Jembo factory

Inter Airport 2015 Singapore

Hardelec exhibited at the recently concluded Inter Airport in Singapore. We were joined at our stand with Mr. Aaron of  Carmanah Technologies , Datin Noorsida of DNDA Avia Marine Sdn Bhd , Mr Kym Tapscott of Airpelec Consultants , Mr. Nick Brumley of Avionics Airfield Lighting and Jembo Cables Tbk. It was a good exhibition and our Solar Aviation Lights and Airfield Cables got good attention from the visitors.

Carmanah Solar Aviation Lights for Malaysia

Hardelec has secured the supply of Carmanah Solar Powered Taxiway Lights Model A 650 Wireless to 2 airports in Malaysia.  Their appointed distributor in Malaysia, DNDA Avia Marine Sdn Bhd, was successful in the Tender bid to secure the supply and installation of the A 650 Blue Taxiway Solar light to MIRI Airport and most recently LABUAN Airport. The project was to supply and install .

Inter Airport Singapore 2015

Guthrie Enfineering (S) Pte Ltd

Hardelec secures order from Guthrie to supply 100 km of the Pvc / Nylon Secondary cables for Changi Airport project . Order was awarded in April 2014. Supply will be completed by end July 2014. Factory Acceptance Tests will be conducted at the Jembo Factory in Jakarta.

Carmanah Solar Powered Aviation Lights

Hardelec has been appointed the Agents for CARMANAH  Solar powered Aviation lights . This Agency covers : Singapore , Malaysia and Indonesia. The Singapore Airforce is presently using Carmanah Solar Aviation Lights . Hardelec has been working hard to introduce Carmanah Lights to the Malaysian Airforce with their Malaysian Distributor - DNDA Avia Marine Sdn Bhd .

SSR Intl Airport - Mauritius

Premier Cables placed order of 100+ km of 5kv and some 6kv Primary cables for Taxiway project for SSR Intl Airport. Jembo Airfield cables again was used for this project . In total since last year , over 250 km of Jembo Airfield Lighting Cables have been supplied for this upgrading project.

Inter Airport Munich 2011

 

Ratnakumar of Hardelec Engineering (S) Pte Ltd was at the recent Inter Airport exhibition in Munich. We had showcased the Jembo range of Airfield Lighting Cables at the Research Engineers stand. Many new contacts were made there and a few orders were placed for the Jembo Airfield cables. It was a good exhibition and we will be back there again in 2 years time.

JEMBO AFL Cables for SSR International Airport - Mauritius

Hardelec secures order to supply Jembo Airfield Lighting Primary Cables for : SSR International Airport - Mauritius , Runway Overlay Improvement works . They ordered quantity was for 62 km of the 5kv Screened Primary Cables and 24 km of the 6 kv FL2XCY Screened Primary Cables. The cables will be manufactured in a few RAL colours for circuit identification . With the high quality standards , good production schedules and competitive pricings, Jembo AFL cables are becoming the preferred cables for airport projects . Hardelec Secures order with Australian Airfield Contractor to supply 85 km Primary and 12 km Secondary Cable for the project . Supply will be completed within 2 months.

Cables will be shipped out from Jembo Cable Factory for shipment to PERTH.

Hardelec secures a new substantial Airfield Cable order for Melbourne based Airfield Contractor .

The order consists of 90 + km of the 5kv Primary Cable and 60 + km of the 2c x 4mm2 and 2c x 6mm2 Pvc / Nylon Secondary Cable. Melbourne Airport Authorities evaluated and approved the JEMBO Airfield Cables for the project. Production is to commence in early October 2010.

ATG Airports LED Guidance Sign at Changi Airport

Hardelec supplies and install the Latest ATG Airports LED GUIDANCE SIGN at Singapore Changi Airport in May 2009. ATG Airports UK supplied the LED GUIDANCE SIGN for the mock up at Changi Airport.

Jembo Airfield Lighting Cables for Seletar Airport Upgrading

Hardelec secures order from Guthrie Engineering (S) Pte Ltd ( NSC for M&E works ) for the supply of the complete Airfield Lighting Cables for the Seletar Airport Runway Upgrading. The project commenced in March 2009 and will last for about 1 1/2 years. JEMBO AIRFIELD LIGHTING CABLES was the awarded brand. A factory visit was organised for 2 of the Guthrie engineers. The 1st partial lot was supplied in May . The Primary Cables awarded was the 5kv 1c x6mm2 Tinned copper conductor / Xlpe / Brass Tape Screen with PE anti-termite repellent. The cable is FAA L824 compliant and meets the CAAS requirement. The Secondary Cable is 1c x 4mm2 Pvc/Nylon.

Jembo AFL Cables for ATG Airports (Products) Ltd

Hardelec secures order from ATG Airports ( Products ) Ltd of the UK to supply JEMBO Airfield Lighting Cables. These cables will be manufactured in a few RAL colours as requested by ATG and shipped to the UK.

ATG Airports PAPI to be installed in Seletar Airport

Hardelec secures order with Guthrie Engineering to supply and install 8 nos ATG 2 lamp PAPI at runway 03 Seletar Airport for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. Project will commence in June 08. Professional Airfield Engineer, Kym Tapscott from Airpelec will be involved in this project with his expertise on PAPI installaion and commissioning. Surveyor, papi location and all works are under our scope of works.

Windcone Assembly for Changi Airport

Hardelec secures order from CAAS ( Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore ) to supply 4 sets of complete windcone assembly. These windcone assembly were both externally and internally lighted . These were light weight windcones made from aluminium in full compliance to ICAO and FAA.

Floodlights at Singapore Recreation Club Nets

Hardelec supplies and install Floodlights for Cricket batting cage at SRC. The old lights were removed and a complete new lighting system complete with wiring and new DB was installed. Over 800 lux was attained uniformly.

ATG Resin Filled Primary Connector Kits CEG 52

Hardelec secures order from Densco Electrical Engr to supply the ATG resin filled Primary connector kit CEG 52 for the Ministry of Defence. These CEG 52 Primary connectors have proven to perform better under water logged conditions. This is the 3rd order that Hardelec has secured to supply these kits to Mindef thru Densco.

Seletar Airport - Singapore

Hardelec secures new project at Seletar Airport - Singapore for the supply and installation of Aircraft Tie Down points. Special strong compound from Hilti was used for the bonding. These tie-down points is for securing the aircrafts from moving from the forces of high winds. All the parking bays will now be equipped with these tie-down points.

Ministry of Defence Project

Hardelec secures order from local contractor to supply Jembo Airfield lighting Cables for Singapore Minsitry of Defence project. Project was for the supply and installation of Guidance Signs for 4 military airbases.

Hardelec installs You Yang Guidance signs at W3 taxiway at Seletar Airport complete with foundations, connectors and cabling. Job was completed in March 07.
